Vehicle suddenly stalled in traffic, check engine light illuminated and lost power.

The Pre-Collision System (PCS) activated twice in the last couple of weeks with absolutely no reason. Both times it activated with transmission in reverse and vehicle in process of backing up. But there was no vehicle or person within the vicinity. The sudden braking startled the driver and passengers giving concern about the viability of the vehicle operating in a safe manner for the rest of the trip. The problem has not been seen or inspected by the dealer or service personnel.

I've had my car for 3 years now and it randomly decided to throw a SRS airbag malfunction warning that will not go away. I know most of the last gen es350 had airbag recalls but the 2019 model year really didn't and I think its something similar. The car runs fine but the fact that my airbags wont deploy because of this warning makes it very unsafe.

The brake actuator and/or brake booster pump assembly failed on my 2016 Lexus ES300h. This is a known issues for this vehicle's braking system and results in a sudden loss of power braking assistance. Odometer Fraud. The contact purchased a 2007 Lexus ES350. It was discovered that there was a mileage discrepancy. The vehicle was a private sale. The contact stated that the mileage on the title was 0 at the time of the purchase; however, the mileage was 114,536. The Carfax report indicated that the mileage was 172,523.

I was making a right hand turn inside the parking garage. Suddenly my car took off full throttle. I sped forward at full speed towards the line of cars on the left then straight ahead a good distance. I thought I was going to die.
