The contact owns a 2025 Buick Envista. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the radio screen went black. The manufacturer was contacted and referred the contact to the NHTSA Hotline for assistance. The dealer was contacted, and an appointment was scheduled. The failure mileage was approximately 10,000.

Dashboard went completely black. No speedometer,gas gage nothing!
