Buick Envision

I purchased this vehicle on [XXX]. Dealership was: PM AUTO GALLERY, LLC. This vehicle had a salvaged title due to an accident several months earlier. Pablo Mazlumian is the proprietor & owner. He did disclose that this Buick Envision was salvaged, yet in good working order. He recommended getting the vehicle inspected from a independent shop prior to purchase. On XXX we were in the acceleration lane on XXX, merging onto the highway. When we engaged the cruise control the car rapidly accelerated up to 97 mph. We were unable to get car to slow down, or disengage the cruise for approximately 1 minute. The care ran for 97 mph for the minute or so this happened. There is a problem with the fuel gauge as its display is extremely erratic. As a driver this is not considered safe because it is unknown how much fuel is actually available in the vehicle.

The contact owns a 2022 Buick Envision. The contact stated that while driving approximately 35 MPH, the instrument panel went black and the speedometer, direction light, gear, fuel gauge, and temperature gauge were not visible. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the instrument panel needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 42,060.

On July 23, 2026, the transmission failed. I was driving for a weekend getaway (4.5 hrs from my home) and the transmission jerked extremely hard three times and I lost control of the car. When I stop at traffic lights, my car does not immediately turn back on (it has the auto stop feature). It flashes parking brake released on the dashboard. Then, it starts back up. Driving and open areas or in town car will automatically break. Multiple times over 45 miles an hour and lock up the brakes then accelerate car has been in and out of the dealership 7 to 10 times1 time for 10 months straight. Driving home from work and I seen the service brake assist light popped on. I did not know what that meant, until I tried to slow down around a curve. The brake pedal was extremely firm and mad stopping in time almost impossible. I made it home and looked on internet for answers. I checked the sensors, brake fluid and checked again and no help. I was driving ~72 MPH on the interstate and my car suddenly downshifted and the dash read “Speed limited to 62 MPH”. I took the nearest off ramp and the brakes completely failed. The dash initially read “service transmission” and “service breaks”. After restarting the Buick Envision, the MyBuick App diagnostics stated “service breaks” only. The car was towed to the dealership this date. I have not heard from them on what has caused the brake failure yet.

The turbo failed by reducing speed all a sudden when I was driving on the freeway. Got the problem repaired and not even a month later same thing is happening again.
