My vehicle is taking oil into the engine and is available for inspection. The mechanic says some component in the engine is taking in oil. I am losing about 3/4 of a quart every 500 miles. He said his best estimate is in months to a year it will blow the motor. I have not taken it to a dealership just the mechanic company I use. I am the original owner of this Buick Enclave Avenir. I have had two near accident occurences when the car started foring the breaks while I was accellarating on the highway and was not behind another vehicle. The car behind me nearly rerended me. On 10/17/26, my purge valve was replaced for the third time, making this the fourth purge valve the car has had. Shift gear won't go into park. Emergency brake locked. Had dealer look at it and apparently a valve is blocked in transmission. Seen a number of complaints about transmission issues on this particular model yet this Vin is not on recall. GM says it needs a whole new transmission which will be $10,000. Really?? The least they could have done was fix this vehicle in good faith because of past recalls. Now I'm stuck with no vehicle and still paying for the finance.

The check engine light has been on for over 2 years now. It turns off and on, so it makes it hard to pass the emission test. I have replaced what shows on the emission testvas failed which are both catalyc converters, oxygen sensors and I also had to replace the engine in 2018. I have spent over $10k on the car and it still has the same codes appearing. The front sunroof shattered spontaneously while I was driving down a 4-lane highway at about 63 MPH. It sounded like an explosion or loud gunshot. I was not near any other vehicles or under any trees. Temperature outside was about 75 and I did not have on the AC at the time. Fortunately the shade was drawn so I was not showered in glass.

The electronic dash and HUD randomly do not illuminate when the car is started. After 10-15 minutes it does come on but I have to use navigation to estimate my speed. It has happened twice in the last month.

The contact owns a 2025 Buick Enclave. The contact stated that while driving 10 MPH, the brakes suddenly failed with the Brake Assist Failure and Service ESC warning lights illuminated.
